AS Monaco FC

From January 2014 to July 2017, Tara was the team sports dietitian for the Ligue 1, French football team, AS Monaco FC in Monaco. There she provided a full range of performance nutrition services to the entire 1st team, reserve team, and academy players.  She is the former sports dietitian for the 2017 AS Monaco ligue 1 champions of France, as well as the sports dietitian for the AS Monaco champions league qualifiers for the 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017 seasons.
